  • Contoured Body: Traditional T-shaped guitars are known to have a "slab" body that have bad ergonomics. But this Bad Cat Instruments guitar features a forearm contour and a belly cut for increased player comfort. The scooped heel joint also helps with shredders for easier high frets access.
  • Alnico-V Pickups: Alnico V is more powerful in tone and response. Its greater output makes it a good choice for bridge pickups, over which there is usually a smaller amount of string vibration. This magnet is much stronger, offering a tight bass response. Good for an aggressive, punchy sound.
  • Chunky C to U Neck Profile: Our neck profile has an unique U to C compound neck profile with thicker shoulder on the lower frets, slowly tapers down to a slimmer C to higher frets, and provides excellent playability for both chording and soloing.
  • 18:1 Gear Ratio Tuning Keys: The 18:1 ratio provides for finer tuning and greater stability, and the finer gears provide smoother tuning and a higher degree of backlash elimination.
  • Perforated Design: This is a perforated design for better resonance and sustain. The strings are in direct contact with the body of the instrument. No secondary conduction is required, and the sound is prolonged well.
  • 6 Saddle Bridge: The main advantage of the 6-saddle bridge is that it makes it easier to intonate the guitar because there is a saddle for each string. The 6-saddle bridge produces a more smoother tone and helps to reduce sustain.
